You’ll get the prime cuts of meat and the best advice from your local butcher. Many Cornish butchers pride themselves on sourcing locally wherever possible. O’Keeffe’s in Pelynt, Kittows in Fowey and Phillip Warren at Ough’s in Liskeard are all reputable and friendly.
