a) FindYourCornwall.co.uk is owned and run by Voice Media, part of the Voice Group. As owners of FindYourCornwall.co.uk, these terms and conditions constitute agreement between Voice Media and the users of FindYourCornwall.co.uk
b. You (the ‘user’) can use the FindYourCornwall website (the ‘Website’), provided by Voice Media subject to the following Terms and Conditions (the 'Terms and Conditions').

You should not rely on the accuracy of any part of the Contents, however, and we cannot be held responsible for any errors that may occur on the site, nor do we accept liability of any sort for loss, inconvenience or disruption to your plans, consequential or otherwise, as a result of any such errors on the site. Specifically, you accept and acknowledge that Voice Media, its officers, employees, agents of any sort, representatives or advisers shall not in any way be liable for any damage, loss, costs or expenses arising directly or indirectly from the User's downloading of any of the Contents from the Web Site, or its reliance on or use of any of the Contents for any purpose.
b) Much of the prices, booking details, opening hours and other information on the listings on FindYourCornwall are supplied by the operators and/or third parties. To the best of our knowledge they are correct, and we endeavour to keep them correct, but they are subject to change at any time and we cannot be held responsible by users or third party suppliers for any mistakes present on the Website. Voice Media reserves the right to amend prices and other information from time to time.
c) Without prejudice to Disclaimer paras a & b, Voice Media excludes, as far as is permitted by law, all warranties and representations, either express or implied, in respect of any of the Contents, including but not limited to any information, names, images, pictures, logos and icons forming part of them, including but not limited to warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement of third party rights or any law, compatibility, security and accuracy.
a) FindYourCornwall links to the websites and services of third parties. These links are provided for your convenience only, and do not imply authorisation or endorsement by Voice Media in any form. You acknowledge and accept that Voice Media can not be held responsible for any damages, loss, costs or expenses arising from the use of such third party web sites, or of any products or services available on them.
b) From time to time, FindYourCornwall may display adverts from third parties. Voice Media cannot be held responsible for their content or veracity of promises, nor for any offence caused by them.
a) Unless clearly indicated otherwise, copyright of the Website Contents belongs to Voice Media or its third party licensors. However, Voice Media do authorise you as a User to:-
i. view and display the Contents;
ii. download the Contents and store them in your computer; and
iii. print out the Contents for your personal use
2. Voice Media expressly do not authorise you to distribute or show the contents on your own website or any other other media including printed material, either for public non-commercial use, or for profit, without prior written permission.

Voice Media reserves the right to terminate or restrict immediately the use of the Website by any User, at any time and at our absolute discretion.
a) These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England. Any disputes arising from them shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England.
b) These Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to include any other policies contained on the Website from time to time, including but not limited to Voice Media’s data protection policy, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
c) These Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and any other specific terms of use appearing anywhere on the Website constitute the entire agreement between you the user and us, Voice Media. The Terms and Conditions supersede any other agreements between the parties in this matter.
d) If any of these Terms and Conditions are found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable in the laws of any state or country in which these Terms and Conditions are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term or condition is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from the Terms and Conditions and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
e) Your rights, and those of Voice Media under these Terms and Conditions may be exercised as often as necessary. They are cumulative and not exclusive of either party's rights under general law, and may be waived only in writing. Delay in exercising or non-exercise of any right does not imply waiver of that right.
Use of this site implies full acceptance by you of all the terms and conditions written here.
